Holiday country house with pool and lawned gardens located in a quiet and rural environment between Santa Maria and Alaró villages.

The whole house is on the same floor, with a very nice front porch plus a separate annex which is a 'winter sunny lounge' beside of the main house and poolside.

On the ground floor of the house has a separate living room with fireplace and next to the equipped kitchen.

The four bedrooms are equipped one of them with double bed 190 x 150cm. and the other three bedrooms all with separate 90 x 190cm beds.
The four bedrooms share two bathrooms with bath.

Outside the house have a nice and comfortable porch on the front of the house and behind it is the pool area surrounded by lawn and next to the barbecue. It has ample lawn area for playing.

It also has table tennis, table football and garden toys for the little children.

In the area you can visit the many wineries, as it is a wine region par excellence in Majorca, without forgetting the many routes for Hikers, road Cyclists or mountain Biking...
Golf players have the nearest course Golf Son Termes and in the opposite direction Golf Park Puntiró .

On the motorway towards Palma about 10-15 minutes are the beaches of the Bay of Palma or opposite way only need about 30 minutes by car to discover the north coast is the Bay of Alcudia <Puerto de Alcudia> and Bay of Pollensa <Puerto Pollensa> there we will find about 30 kilometers from Costa overwhelmingly beautiful beaches of white sand and shallow water.
