On the ground floor is distributed in a large and spacious hall where the lounge, dining room and kitchen all-in-one shares, very practical living and functional.
It has a room with double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and its own private bathroom. Also downstairs it has a courtesy bath with shower.

Upstairs from where its passage almost the entire ground floor is visible, and has three bedrooms.

The bedroom master-suite, spacious with a large window overlooking the 'Tramuntana mountains' with its own private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower and with it stellar an impressive window that can be seen throughout the countryside and the village of Muro.
The other two bedrooms both also with own private bathroom and equipped with one double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other with separate beds 90 x 2.00

Outside you can enjoy gardens with lawn and palm trees in a very nice and fresh atmosphere, the pool area and it stays terrace at a high level that becomes to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the surrounding countryside.

Beside the access exit from the kitchen in the rear area has a porch where the barbecue is located perfect to enjoy pleasant evenings 'al fresco'.

Just 15 minutes driving are the best beaches of northern Majorca, Playas de Muro, Playa des Capellans in Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Son Serra de Marina, Puerto de Alcudia...
