This house was built in 1914 and it was one of the first distilleries in Mallorca. In fact the warehouse can still be seen today as it has been exceptionally well maintained over the years and has recently been restored.
The building has been refurbished in keeping with a typical Mallorcan style town house and much of the original features have been conserved or reproduced in line with the original building using where possible local materials.
The configuration of the property is as follows:
- Ground floor apartment: Living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with single beds that may be converted to doubles if required, two bathrooms, patio and swimming pool, authentic well
- First and second Floor apartment: Independent access, lift facilities for handicapped persons, living room leading to a sizeable terrace, three double bedrooms with single beds that may be converted to doubles if required, two bathrooms
In addition, all apartments have heating, A/C, Satellite TV and a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave amongst other appliances. There is also ample covered car parking space for all apartments.
The outside area has a good sized swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with its own shower cum cloak room. Furthermore, there is a substantial porch with high quality garden furniture and a specially designed facility to hold barbeques.
Llubí is a quiet and unspoilt village which has all the usual shops and bars and is near several beaches including Alcudia and C’an Picafort. However, one of the main advantages of its location, is that it has a train station which is on the Palma – Sa Pobla railway and only takes 30 minutes to the capital. Llubí is also very accessible by car as it is conveniently located near to the main road which runs from Palma to Inca.
