Detailed House Description

Villa situated just 50 meters from one of the best beaches in the north of Majorca, Playa de Muro, in quiet area.

The house is arranged on one floor and consists of a sunny living eating room with fireplace and acces to the porch, fully fitted kitchen opened to dining room through a window, three double bedrooms, one of them with en suite bathroom and double bed, the other two single beds and sharing a bathroom, large garden with access to a pine forest going directly to the beach.

The community pool is surrounded by solarium terrace, and shared by four neighbors.

Very close, walking along the beach, there is a snack bar for a drink and food, and school water sports (kitesurfing or windsurfing). The Albufera Natural Park is just a few minutes walking distance,

Less than one kilometer restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything that you need.

Equipped with air conditioning, cot, high chair and extra bed available on request.
