Rustic house with pool and panoramic views to the Serra de Tramuntana halfway between Campanet and Inca, easily accessible at about 20 minutes from the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia.

The house is comfortable and practical all at the same level, through the wide porch with outdoor furniture you reach the house, in front you have a private pool that's totally closed for a maximum protection for the children.

Distributed in living-dining room, open kitchen which has access to the back of the house where you have a large terrace and barbecue area , also it has a toilet with shower.

Two double bedrooms one with double bed and one room with twin beds. Upstairs in the attic there's another room with twin beds.

Equipped with air-conditioning cold/heat in the whole house.

Inca is at 3km from the finca , after Palma it's the largest city in Mallorca, similar to Manacor. There you have all the amenities.

For the golflovers Aucanada Golf and Golf Pollença , at 20-30 minutos in car.
