The property is located in one of the most emblematic spots in the north of the island which is the Albufera Natural Park, where walking through the environment is easy and enjoyable.

From the house just 15 minutes by car we can enjoy this environment as well as the tourist resorts of Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia or longer way to Pollensa Bay, where Puerto Pollensa as principal also the beaches of Cala Molins and Cala Sant Vicent or Formentor...
