Rustic property located near the Hermitage Bonany on the outskirts of Petra, in a quiet area surrounded only by nature.

The house is distributed on two floors:
On the main floor are the lobby, a spacious living room with fireplace overlooking the pool area and two double bedrooms, one with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a toilet and a bathroom with shower.
On the top floor: a suite with double bed and bathroom with double whirlpool bath, another bedroom and balcony, one bathroom.

The house is equipped with central heating, TV-SAT, dishwasher, washmachine, dryer, microwave, toaster, blender, and so on.

The pool of 10x4, 5mts. is surrounded by lawn, and has a covered barbecue equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds and an outside bathroom with shower.

The distance to Villafranca is at 3km and Petra 4 km. where you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants, etc..

The closest beaches are the ones of Porto Cristo which are about 20 kilometers, or the beaches of Son Serra de Marina or Can Picafort at about 26 km. The golf course of Pula is at 20km away.

In the surroundings there are many paths to do excursions by foot, bicycle or horse. That is why it is ideal for walkers, cyclists and so on.
