Rustic house situated at the foot of a mountain near the Hermitage Bonany on the outskirts of Petra, in a quiet area surrounded by nature.

The house is divided into three levels:
On the Main floor: hall, a spacious living room very sunny with large windows overlooking the pool area and two bedrooms with double bed (one en suite) and a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with a whirlpool and separate shower.
On the first floor: a suite with two beds and bathroom with round bath.
On the ground floor there's a well equipped kitchen with dining area with fireplace and exit to the porch and pool, a bathroom with shower and washroom.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, mobile barbecue

The pool 10x5mts . is surrounded by lawn and sun terrace equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds.

The distance to the towns Villafranca is at 3 km. and Petra 4 km. where you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants, andtc.

The nearest beaches are Porto Cristo that are about 20 km, or the beaches of Son Serra de Marina and Can Picafort at approximately 26 km. The Pula Golf Course is about 20 km.

In the vicinity there are many ways to make excursions by foot, bike.. So it is ideal for walkers, cyclists, etc..
