Cas Mestre is a wonderful house with swimming pool and gardens within a plot of 21.000.Sqm located on rustic area, less than a mile away from the village of Selva at the foot of the natural Parc "Serra de Tramuntana".

The house on two levels with very large and comfortable stays. On the ground floor provides a entrance hall, two rooms one of them roomy and with exit to the garden terrace, both bathrooms in-suite, a living-dining room beside the kitchen fully equipped with home appliances.
Direct exits to the terrace and garden, comfortable porch and the swimming pool surrounded of a wide area of garden, also the barbecue area.
On the first floor is distributed in a livingroom equipped with sofa bed and out to the balcony, also two bedrooms with in-suite bathrooms, one of them with direct access to the broad covered porch where you can enjoy a panoramic views of the surroundings.

The beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa Bay are only about 20-25 minutes by car.
Golf lovers ! the nearest golf courses; Club de Golf Aucanada and Golf Pollença.
The picturesque village of Selva honours its Patron Saint, Sant Llorenç, on the 10th of August. Other surrounding villages honour their Patron Saints as follows: in Caimari, Our Lady on the 15th of August, in Biniamar, Santa Tecla on the 23rd of September, and in Moscari, Santa Ana on the 26th of July. Moscari also celebrates its popular fiestas during the last week of August.

Another popular fiesta is the "Pancaritats" which takes place in all of the villages: Crist Rei (Selva), on Easter Monday; el Puig (Biniamar), on the first of May; el cor de Jesús (Moscari), on the 15th of June and en Fornassos (Caimari), on Easter Monday.

In Camareta de Selva, the fair and fiesta de la Creu is held on the 3rd of May. This has become, over the years, a popular fiesta and an exhibition of craft work.
