The whole house has Satellite TV, DVD and CD player, air conditioning, floor heating in the kitchen, living room and bathrooms, in the bedrooms you have radiators. The house is suitable for wheelchairs because is all on one floor and has a ramp at the entrance.

The outside gardens are with furnitures, sunbeds, outdoor shower and BBQ in the back of the house.
Extras for the little ones: soccer porter, table football, table tennis and basketball net.

The approximate distances from the house to Puerto Pollensa 10km, 6km to Pollensa town, 4km to Alcudia town, the golf courses nearby: 7 km from the Golfcourse of Pollensa, 5 km from the Golfcourse Aucanada.
