Near the pool is the barbecue with a table and benches where you can spend pleasant evenings.

Close to Arta is one of the most important site of ruins on the island, a megalithic settlement called Ses Paisses, the larges and most important talayotic site on Mallorca's Eastern flank.

In 10-15 minutes you arrive at the Natural beaches of Artà, “Sa Duaia”, “Cala Torta”, “Cala Estreta”, “Cala Mitjana". Privileged areas.

For golfers the villa is ideally located , in less than five minutes by car we arrive at one of four different fields: Capdepera Golf and Golf Canyamel between 10-15 minutes Pula Golf and Golf Son servera.
