In Northwest of Majorca you will find an old Majorcan stone farm completely reformed, retaining the charm with his stone outdoor walls, and inside with the original character. It has all amenities and pool surrounded by gardens.
The house is distributed in two floors, through the entrance you have a large hall with access to the upper floor.
The ground floor has a lounge with a chimney next to the dining room and followed by a kitchen with direct access to a terrace where the BBQ is.
On the upper floor there are three double bedrooms (one on the groundfloor) and two bathrooms (one on the ground floor).
Two of the rooms have access to the upper terrace.
The house is located in a plot of about 7.500m2 and it is surrounding by typical Majorcan fields.
It is possible to commbine (depending availability) with these other two houses "S' Estepar" and "Fetget"
At only 10-15 minutes by car you can reach the entire Northwest coast from Costa de los Pinos through Cala Bona and its marina to Cala Millor, Sa Coma ... Well-known tourist resorts of Majorca, where you will find all sorts of activities.

It is worth to visit an old talayotic town "Ses Paises", just 5 km from Arta that populated the island in the year estimated 814 B.C.
Also we recommend to visit among the towns of Son Servera and Capdepera the "Coves of Artá" located in the picturesque heart of Canyamel and its beach.
