The house is on two floors:
On the ground floor we find the hall, living room with its covered Terrace and pool, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher , washing machine , Nespresso machine etc and a guesttoilet.

In the upstairs there's a small sittingroom, four bedrooms ; two of them with double bed and bathroom (shower ) ; a bedroom for children with two single beds ( 1.90x 0.80) , another bedroom with double bed ( 1.40 x 1.90 ) both share a bathroom ( bathtub).

The house has hot and cold air conditioning (living room and upstairs in the sittingroom).

• The houses have received the accreditation of quality imposed by INESTUR (iQt) of the "Consellería de Turismo del Govern Balear".
