The Independent apartment consist of a double bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bath, kitchen with microwave, toaster , coffee maker and dining-living room with fireplace, A / C , plasma TV and double sofa bed. Outside porch with Balinese bed and playground

In the front of the house is a large sun terrace with a pergola to enjoy the wonderful views, the pool is surrounded by terrace and has an outdoor shower room and in the back at the kitchenside there is a covered barbecue.

The outside spaces has gardens with ornamental plants and lawn, swings for the little ones and a mobile grill .

Equipped with Internet access, air conditioning hot and cold in living room and master bedroom. In the apartment there is airconditioning in the livingroom. There is also central heating in the main house.

The golf course of Pollensa is at ten minute drive and fifteen minutes drive from the beaches of the Bay of Alcudia and Pollensa Bay .
