Charming country holiday house situated just 200 meters from the beach "Es Morer Vermell" of Alcudia.

The property is completely fenced, consists of the main house and a separate guest apartment, outside you will find a big pool of 10x10 m., terrace with barbecue, covered terrace with a toilet, playground with swings and outdoor showers .

The main house is distributed on two floors, on the ground floor: hall/living room, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor: sitting room, double bedroom with two single beds, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower, from the sitting room via a spiral staircase there is access to a spacious double bedroom with two single beds , a bathroom and a terrace with sea and mountains views.

The guest apartment has a double bedroom with two single beds, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with shower, living room with TV, breakfast bar and a mezzanine with two extra beds for children. ( extra cost 20€/ pp x day).

Equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the apartment, central heating in the main house, WIFI and TV SAT.

Only 1 km from the town of Alcudia, where to find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc. The nearest golf course is Aucanada about 5 km away and the Golf de Pollensa 11 km.

Some of the beaches around are: Playa Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa beach, Playas de Muro, Cala San Vicente, Formentor , Playa de Aucanada, Playa de Mal Pas, .....
