Impressive villa boasting a truly exquisite design and style, along with stunning panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea, along the Son Serra de Marina beach along the northern coastline of Majorca. Nearby you will also find the naturist beaches of "Sa Canova" and "Son Real".

Opposite the house we have the small Port of "Son Serra Nova" with the picturesque Mallorquin fishing boats named "Llauts", which the villagers always have ready to spend Summer days fishing at sea, and you may watch them leave in the morning and return of an evening from the villa.

All of the rooms within the villa with it’s large bright windows, have beautiful sea views, allowing for the sensation that you are actually at sea. All windows have electric blinds. The house also has wireless DSL internet connection for those of you who wish to bring along a laptop.

The house itself is on three levels, with a beautiful front terrace where you may enjoy the captivating view to the sea while enjoying your morning tea, or even meals al fresco. There is also a terrace at the rear of the house which comes complete with barbecue. There is also an impressive covered swimming pool of 11m x 4m which allows you to swim in total privacy.

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining room with a real fire place, along with well equipped kitchen with all the latest utensils, each of these rooms all boasting the surrounding Mediterranean views via the large windows. There is also a bathroom.
Upstairs, which you access via the beautiful glass starcase, we have the first floor which comprises of three rooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom. Two rooms also have their own private terrace and complete with a bed of 1.65cm, then in the other bedroom there is a bed of 1.35cm.
On the top floor, there is what you call the master bedroom, which is an impressive suite complete with fireplace and panoramic views to the sea, both from inside, as well as via it’s two private terraces, via which you may take in a view across the whole Northern Majorca coastline.
Watching the sunsets from this villa really are something to remember with it’s utter luxury, style and captivating views to the Mediterranean.
