From the living room leads to a large front terrace with sea view and in the back of the house is another terrace with a lemon tree.

Right in front of the house is rocky beach and about 2 km approx. is the small sandy beach of Colonia San Pere.

The town of Colonia de San Pere with its harbour, has restaurants, medical clinic, pharmacy, bank, shops....

We recommend to do an excursion to "Es Caló" , bordering the sea towards the "Cap Ferrutx", where you will find this beautiful Cove of clean and crystalline waters, ideal to practice snorkel.
