Charming Stone Country house with pool near the village of Buger, located in a quiet area overlooking the countryside and the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountains.

The whole house is distributed on the ground floor. Living room with fireplace, kitchen next to the same livingroom, three double bedrooms one of them with double bed, the second and third bedroom with twin beds, also two Bathrooms one with bathtub and the other with shower cabin.

Nice and wide porch just in front of the gardens and the swimming pool with a generous expanse of lawn.

The Village of Búger is less extensive of Mallorca, is situated between the terms of Campanet, Sa Pobla and very near of Alcudia Term.

For golf players have two nearby Courses: Pollensa Golf y club de Golf Aucanada.

Just 15-20 minutes driving away of Pollensa Bay with it beaches as Puerto de Pollensa, llenaire, Cala San Vicens and the Bay of Alcudia with its coastline of about 19 Km. with its characteristic white sand and shallow waters with beaches like Puerto Alcudia, Playa de Muro, 'Es Comú' just in front of the Natural Parc S'Albufera, also beaches of Can Picafort...
