Country house with sea views situated in a very peaceful area 5,5 km away from Can Picafort and only 10 minutes away from the beach.

The house is on two floors, on the ground floor comprises a dining room, a
living room with fireplace and large window boasting panoramic views of the bay of Alcudia, complet equipped kitchen with dinning area, two double bedrooms, each with twin single beds, two badrooms (one with shower and the other with bathup), on the first floor another bedroom with double bed with a wonderful terrace with stunning views out to the countryside and the sea.

Outside, there is the lovely swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace complete with sunbeds perfect for sunbathing around the pool in total privacy. Equipped with TV SAT, dishwasher, microwave, etc....

There is also a separate Annex of around 20m2, which has a double bedroom with twin single beds as well as a shower room with toilet, also with chimney.(Extra cost on request).
