Townhouse with private pool in Llubi village.

The property is arranged on two floors as followings:

On the first floor living room, separated eating room with window to the fully equipped kitchen and access to a furnished terrace and down stairs the pool surrounded by a terrace solarium, three bedrooms of which there are one bunk bed, one with double bed and one with twin beds, a toilet and a bathroom.

On the second floor a studio with two separate beds, bathroom and terrace.


(On the Groundfloor is a large garage optional extra price).

In the village of Llubi you can find everything that you need, bakery, pharmacy, gas station, restaurants, supermakets, etc..

The closest beaches are Can Picafort and Playas de Muro about 20 minutes driving from Llubi.
