Outside a large swimming pool surrounded by solarium terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and everything needed for a family of four.

The house is about 7 km from Llubi, a typical village of "Es Raiguer" where the village atmosphere invites you to stroll through the streets and enjoy your summer terraces and the popular weekly market.

Just 7 km from Llubi you find Sineu, one of the typical villages of the "Pla" in Mallorca, where one breathes the atmosphere of the towns that once were important. The weekly wednesday' s market is unique in the island where you can still buy livestock.

The closest beaches, just twenty minutes driving, are the beach of Can Picafort, Es Capellan, Son Baulo, Playas de Muro and Son Serra de Marina.
