Rustic finca with traditional Mallorcan stone house from the end of the XVIII century and and refurbished in the 1980's, located in the Arta municipality.

The land has in between it's 23.500 M2 a great amount of ancient Oak trees, Carobs, pines and bushes tipical of Mallorcan agriculture techniques.
On the middle of the Land plot we find the house with spectacular views to the Sea and the surrounding areas of the nice village of Artà and its very own 'Santuary of Sant Salvador' from the XVI century.

The entrance to the House comprises spacious terraces with the pool 10 x 5 meters with shades and trees providing the summer shade.

On the ground floor there is the Hall-entrance lounge with chimney, dining room, kitchen old style with also another chimney as in the olden days and three of the five bedrooms.

From one of the two sidle staircases there is the second bedroom with own bathroom and the other side actually a bedroom in an open space.

From outside you can access the tower building which is the highest point of the House and then again the magnificent views to the Sea and the woods of Arta's surroundings.
